Justin Bieber Is The Worst Celebrity Neighbor 2014, He Beats Kim & Kanye

The Canadian pop star has been named the worst celebrity neighbor 2014, according to a new survey did by listings website Zillow.
Bieber got the highest percentage of votes in the survey's eight-year history; one in three people declared that he is the celebrity that they would never wish to have like neighbor.  
 
Bieber beats Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, the previous titleholder, who came in second this year. Amy Bohutinsky, Zillow's chief marketing officer said …
